May 2021 SEPAC Meeting - Transition to Middle School

Are you curious about the transition to Middle School?  In Norfolk, children transitioning into 7th Grade leave the Norfolk School District and transition to the King Philip Regional School District and the Special Education administration changes as well.  Join our Norfolk SEPAC during their General Meeting on Thursday May 13th for a candid discussion with Lisa Moy, Director of Student Services at KP Middle and High Schools to discuss what to expect during this transition.  Lisa will share an overview of the transition process that begins early in a child's 6th grade year and continues well into the 7th grade, preparing children for a successful transition to Middle School.  This discussion will be focused on the transition during 6th and 7th grades but we encourage any NPS family interested in our transition process and King Philip to attend.
