About The Event
An engaging & supportive workshop for parents, focused on the intersection of mental health, wellbeing, and art therapy. This workshop aims to introduce parents to the therapeutic benefits of creative expression as a tool for stress relief, mental and physical well-being, and self-discovery. Through a hands-on activity guided by art therapist Dr. Lauren Leone, participants will explore various art mediums, such as painting, drawing, and collage, to enhance self-awareness, reduce stress, and strengthen connections with their children. Whether you're looking to gain personal insights or discover new ways to support your family’s wellbeing, this workshop offers a comfortable and creative space for meaningful, creative time to connect with yourself.
